The Health Spa Resort Gecosol Puertoluz is located in the village of El Puerto de Santa Maria in the province of Cadiz, in the south west of Spain, and at only 100 meters from the marvellous sandy beaches of Valdelagrana and the Meditterranean Sea. Here you will be able to enjoy our health care treatments, adjusted to your wishes and needs and unlimited possibilities for a personal treatment increasing your resistance against stress, muscular tensions or any other kind of tensions, problems with bloodcirculation, vertebra pains and artrosis ... and if you´re over
55 years old, then you shall have the possibility to stay in our hotel/care center in our individual or double room or even, if you wish, in our Junior Suite or Suite. Please feel free to solicit our wellness programs or our individual care treatment programs.

Besides the above facilities you will be able to enjoy or swimming pool with masage waterbeams, swimming pool with cold and hot water, Scotish showers, Jet-shower, Vichy shower, feetbaths and solarium. We even offer you 5 masagerooms where you can enjoy our diverse range of masageprograms: full or local masage, back, focusing on bloodcirculation stimulation, Shiatsu, or partial Shiatsu. You can also enjoy various therapies like mesotherapy, physiotherapy and you can stay with us for rehabilitation. We have designed excellent programs focusing on anti celulitis, anti-aging, bloodcirculation stimulation, antirheuma. All treatments and programs are supervised by medical staff and physiotherapists in such a way that our programs and treatments shall have excellent results for the most frequent pathologies of elderly people, like:

- Problems in bloodcirculation (tired legs, etc...)
- Problems met the vertebra (herneas, neck ,limb, hip,...)
- Physical and mental stress

The programs are designed especially for people who need treatment for several days to fully recover. You will have the possibility to stay in our care center during the treatment. The programs have the aim to achieve in a fast and effective way the desired results and are classified in the following groups, any ot them with a series of individual treatment.

| LOCATION AND ACTIVITIES / EXCURSIONS |

Gecosol PuertoLuz Spa & Resort is located in the pretty village of Puerto de Santa María, at no more than 100 meter from the boulevard and Valdelagrana beach. The village El Puerto is located in the northeast of the province
Cadiz and where the river Guadelete meets the Mediterrean Sea, in the bay of Cadiz. On the other side of the bay you will find the city of Cadiz. Close to our health Spa wellness center you can stroll along the 2 kilometer sandy
beaches, where you can escape from the tedious and tiredness to instead enjoy from our excellent resort facilities and services.

Private Transport- Car: From the city of Cádiz, take direction Puerto Real (N-443) and then the CA-32. Take the exit to Urbanización Valdelagrana. From the city of Jerez de la Frontera, take the National IV and then the Motorway "Autovia del Sur" (A4). Take the exit El Puerto de Santa Maria. In the village you take the road CA-32 to the village of Puerto Real, exit Urbanización Valdelagrana. Please have a look at the map for further details
Public Transport:- Train: Station Puerto de Santa Maria, trainservice Cádiz to Jerez de la Frontera, and then take taxi.
- Autobus: Line 35, Puerto de Santa María if you´re already in the neighbourhood
- Air: The city airport of Jerez de la Frontera is as close as only 12 km and might be an excellent way to fly into the area. Then take a taxi.
